Our Story

Our Approach

Our Approach

TeachersDaughter was birthed in 2012, on the third floor of the New York Stock Exchange. The name honors dedicated family educators. The founder, Renee, also became an educator: an award winning curriculum innovator, and Special Education advocate.  This was her "give back" after a decade in corporate insurance and a tech start-up tech, acquired by a large Silicon Valley company.

Connecting The Dots

With a decade in both industry and education domains, there is a track record of large system implementations, C-suite strategy, and post-acquisition ERP product integration. As Steve Jobs famously stated: "you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future."

Our Approach

Our Approach

Our Approach

We use project management principles (Waterfall or Agile), with data management, analytic insights, and contract management.

These principles were also used in the K-16 setting in building leaders, processes, and curriculum. Evidence of this success was being tapped for the week-long New York Stock Exchange Educator's Workshop,  plus another week at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Big Picture Vision, Root Cause Resolution

Knowledge workers the servant-leader example. Senior leaders see results.  We are there for you: Leading through Service.  Let's Dance...

Our Muse

Create From Calm

The left-brain focus of STEM and data analytics is balanced by building the whole person and staying inspired.

A source of inspiration may be described as a muse. From French painter Monet to poet Anne Spencer, gardens have inspired for centuries, offering individual and community benefits.

The takeaway for our digital society is this: the "flow" state of design cycles is not limited to when we're engaged with devices or at a desk.
